Four Seasons Maldives at Kuda Huraa is located just 25 minutes by speedboat from Male International Airport. It is one of the three Four Seasons Islands in the Maldives. Besides FS Kuda Huraa, there’s FS Landaa Giraavaru, and also FS Private Island Voavah. Guests can choose to do a split stay between the Four Seasons Kuda Huraa and Four Seasons Landaa Giraavaru, there are always great package deals for guests to visit both properties. In additional, Four Seasons also offers a luxury yacht cruise where guests can travel around the Indian Ocean to the next Four Seasons property.
Accommodations + Service
All the rooms facilities at the Kuda Huraa have been renovated and expanded with larger private pools and updated amenities. The signature modern luxury theme of Four Seasons are well incorporated with the island vibe, allowing guests to immersed in a total vacation and relaxation mood. What I love most about the overwater villas is the pool deck space, there’s a huge lounging area for guests to just hang out under the shade, to read a book or just slip on a drink and enjoy the beautiful view.
What stood out to me is that many of the staff members have been working here for years, and they absolutely love the island. It means a lot to walk around and see many smiling faces and feel the enthusiasm when they talk about the island.
Activities + Spa
Besides all the amazing water activities that’s being offered in the Maldives, guests can also opt in for a surf lesson and create their own coral planting. It’s one of the few resorts in the Maldives that are offering coral planting and the marine biologist are super knowledgable. After the coral has been planted, guests will receive an updated image of their coral frame every 6 months via email! It’s the best feeling to watch your very own coral plant grow over the years and contributing to help improve the ecosystem.
Another highlighting experience for me here at Four Season Kuda Huraa is that I got to experience baby turtles being released! Over 100 baby turtles of just a couple days old are being released back to the ocean. Again, because Four Seasons have an amazing team of marine biologist and facility, many nearby islands would call them for help for turtle rescue or when baby turtles are being hatched! Just by delaying the release of the baby turtles by a few days can already help increase the surviving chances of these incredible animal!
The Spa facility here at Kuda Huraa is located on an island further away from the main island resort, guests will have to take a Dhoni (small boat) to get to the Spa island. It’s another space where guests can visit and be totally relaxed and pampered. There are overwater treatment rooms with a bathtub on the outdoor deck - seriously an amazing bath experience after a massage!

Baraabaru, inspired by the architecture of Kerala, this award-winning restaurant combines Indian flavors with fresh local seafood.
Reef Club, serves fresh seafood pastas and authentic Italian cuisine including wood-fired pizzas!
Café Huraa, a restaurant by the main infinity pool, serving both Western and Asian favorites in a traditional Maldivian thatched pavilion. Also where buffet breakfast is served.
Kandu Grill, opens at night and offers daily catches and different types of meat.
